STEPS
Begin with a thorough evaluation of the design's feasibility, followed by a prompt, detailed estimate.
Creating a prototype to assess dimensions and ensure the mold's precision aligns with the requirements.
Producing the aluminum profile with pinpoint accuracy to the given specifications and applying desired finishes.
Tailored packaging for the extruded profiles, ensuring safe and efficient loading for prompt delivery.
Our standard profiles range from 5mm to 500mm in cross-section, including popular T-slot and structural frames.
Common alloys include 6063-T5 and 6061-T6; other grades are available upon request.
Yes. We offer in-house die design for custom profiles with cross-sectional areas ≥500mm².
We offer anodizing (clear, black), powder coating, wood grain, and PVDF finishes.
Standard profiles in stock ship within 48 hours.
For custom profiles:
We are certified to ISO 9001 with full traceability and test reports available.
Yes. We offer cutting, drilling, tapping, and milling as part of our processing capabilities.
We offer design optimization support and sample confirmation. Standard profile samples are available for fast dispatch.
Widely used in automation equipment, industrial frames, electronics, electrical enclosures, and solar mounting systems.
Our Standard Aluminum Extrusion Profiles are engineered to meet the high demands of industrial and structural applications. With over 10,000+ ready-to-use extrusion dies, we offer a wide selection of popular sizes such as 2020, 3030, 4040, and more. All profiles are manufactured using premium-grade 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminum alloys, ensuring excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance.
These profiles are widely used in a variety of sectors including automation equipment, machine frames, workstations, enclosures, and solar panel mounting systems. Their modular design and compatibility with standard accessories make them ideal for fast assembly and structural versatility. We support both metric and inch-based profiles to meet global engineering standards.
To enhance durability and aesthetics, we offer multiple surface finishing options including clear and black anodizing, powder coating, wood grain finish, and PVDF coating. All finishes are applied in-house under strict quality controls to ensure uniform appearance and long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Our advanced facility supports a full range of secondary processing services such as precision cutting, drilling, tapping, slot milling, and assembly. This allows customers to receive semi-finished or fully processed profiles ready for final integration, reducing their own production time and cost.
Backed by ISO 9001 certification and over a decade of industry experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality extrusion solutions with fast turnaround and global shipping. Whether you need off-the-shelf profiles or support with a new application, our team is ready to assist every step of the way.
Standard aluminum extrusion profiles are pre-designed, mass-produced aluminum shapes created by forcing heated aluminum billets through a die. These profiles are typically based on widely adopted structural or modular standards, such as T-slot or square tubing. Unlike custom extrusions, standard profiles use existing tooling, allowing for faster lead times and cost efficiency in industrial and construction applications.
The most commonly used alloys are 6063-T5 and 6061-T6. 6063-T5 is known for its excellent surface finish, corrosion resistance, and moderate strength, making it ideal for architectural and general structural use. 6061-T6 offers higher mechanical strength and machinability, suitable for load-bearing structures and high-performance components.
Yes. While the cross-sectional shape is predefined, profiles can be cut to specific lengths and undergo secondary processing such as drilling, tapping, milling, and assembly. For more complex or non-standard requirements, custom dies can be designed for extrusion, provided the cross-sectional area is ≥500mm².
By themselves, aluminum profiles do not carry IP ratings. However, they can be used to build enclosures that meet IP54, IP65, or higher standards when combined with appropriate sealing strips, gaskets, and fasteners. The final protection level depends on design, assembly accuracy, and accessory selection.
The most efficient approach is to work with suppliers that maintain in-stock standard profiles and provide on-demand cutting and machining services. For international buyers, it’s recommended to request CAD drawings, technical datasheets, and surface treatment certifications before ordering. Reliable vendors also offer packaging and logistics support for global shipping.
Look for suppliers with ISO 9001 certification and a clear quality management process. Aluminum profiles should come with material test reports (MTR), and coatings should comply with standards such as RoHS, REACH, or Qualicoat for surface finishes. Dimensional tolerances and extrusion accuracy should follow recognized standards such as EN 755-9 or ASTM B221.
