Nen\u00ed v\u0161ak tak odoln\u00fd proti korozi jako n\u011bkter\u00e9 jin\u00e9 slitiny. Pot\u0159ebuje tedy dobrou ochranu.<\/p>\n<h4>6061<\/h4>\n<p>6061 je univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed a sn\u00e1ze se vytla\u010duje. M\u00e1 dobrou odolnost proti korozi a sva\u0159itelnost. Konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i ji pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed na nosn\u00edky, podp\u011brn\u00e9 ty\u010de a panely. V nam\u00e1han\u00fdch z\u00f3n\u00e1ch nen\u00ed tak pevn\u00e1 jako 7075 nebo 2024, ale nab\u00edz\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017eenost.<\/p>\n<h4>7075<\/h4>\n<p>Materi\u00e1l 7075 je pevn\u00fd a odoln\u00fd. Svou pevnost\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee konkurovat n\u011bkter\u00fdm d\u00edl\u016fm z oceli, p\u0159itom je lehk\u00e1. M\u016f\u017eete se s n\u00ed setkat u podp\u011br podvozku, nosn\u00edk\u016f k\u0159\u00eddel a spojovac\u00edch prvk\u016f pro vysok\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich m\u00e1 specifikace zalo\u017een\u00e9 na mezi kluzu, pevnosti v tahu a prodlou\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h4>Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m si, jak jsem po oxida\u010dn\u00edch zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch v d\u00edln\u011b ru\u010dn\u011b o\u0161krab\u00e1val povrchy, abych zjistil, zda na nich nejsou d\u016flky. Vid\u011bl jsem drobn\u00e9 d\u00edrky v m\u00edstech, kde slitina zesl\u00e1bla. To m\u011b utvrdilo v tom, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba volit povlak a slitinu.<\/h4>\n<p>T\u00edm se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k porovn\u00e1n\u00ed pevnosti a hmotnosti t\u011bchto t\u0159\u00edd.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Leh\u010d\u00ed d\u00edly pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b paliva a zlep\u0161uj\u00ed v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<p>V m\u00e9m projektu se v\u00fdm\u011bnou 6061 za 7075 v konzol\u00e1ch nosn\u00edk\u016f sn\u00ed\u017eila hmotnost o 20%, ale kv\u016fli obav\u00e1m z koroze byla nutn\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Zkou\u0161ka tahem<\/h4>\n<p>T\u00edm se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed meze pevnosti a meze kluzu. Vzorek se natahuje, dokud se nep\u0159etrhne. Byly neviditeln\u00e9, ale test je odhalil. Znovu jsme vytla\u010dili a opravili n\u00e1stroje. T\u00edm jsme \u010dasem sn\u00ed\u017eili zmetkovitost o 15%.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159i vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed leteck\u00e9ho hlin\u00edku se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy, jako jsou 2024, 6061 a 7075. Ty nab\u00edzej\u00ed vysokou pevnost v pom\u011bru k hmotnosti, zejm\u00e9na 7075.
