Sni\u017euje se t\u00edm hmotnost ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s plnou ty\u010d\u00ed, ale pevnost z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 vysok\u00e1. To pom\u00e1h\u00e1 u lehk\u00fdch konstrukc\u00ed, jako jsou r\u00e1my, z\u00e1kladny stroj\u016f nebo konstruk\u010dn\u00ed podp\u011bry.  <\/p>\n<p>Ve skute\u010dn\u00fdch konstrukc\u00edch umo\u017e\u0148uje pe\u010dliv\u00e1 geometrie a dostate\u010dn\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ka st\u011bny v\u00fdlisk\u016fm p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et velk\u00e1 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Konstrukce mus\u00ed zohlednit o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd typ zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed: ohyb, tlak, krut. Podle toho pak zvolte geometrii a tlou\u0161\u0165ku.  <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Kter\u00e9 slitiny jsou nejlep\u0161\u00ed pro konstruk\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti?<\/h2>\n<p>V\u0161echny slitiny nejsou stejn\u00e9. N\u011bkter\u00e9 slitiny hlin\u00edku maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pevnost. Ty maj\u00ed velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam pro nosn\u00e9 konstrukce.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Slitiny jako 6061-T6 a 6082-T6 poskytuj\u00ed siln\u00e9 konstruk\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, kdy\u017e konstrukce nesou dynamick\u00e9 nebo m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>Tepeln\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed po vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed zlep\u0161uje mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti. U materi\u00e1l\u016f 6061 nebo 6082 zvy\u0161uje \u00faprava T6 pevnost a tvrdost. Pokud vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fstane v m\u011bk\u010d\u00edm stavu (jako T4 nebo T5), pevnost je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i mus\u00ed potvrdit stav popou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>Pokud hroz\u00ed riziko koroze nebo opot\u0159eben\u00ed, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed tak\u00e9 na povrchov\u00e9 \u00faprav\u011b a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Siln\u00e1 slitina, ale \u0161patn\u00fd povrch nebo korozivn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed mohou \u010dasem selhat. Eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo spr\u00e1vn\u00fd povlak pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zachovat pevnost po celou dobu \u017eivotnosti.  <\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i konstrukci pro velk\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vyb\u00edrejte slitinu nejen podle pevnosti, ale tak\u00e9 podle \u00fanavy, sva\u0159itelnosti a odolnosti proti korozi. To zaji\u0161\u0165uje dlouhodobou v\u00fdkonnost, nejen po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017eitelnost.  <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Mohou v\u00fdlisky nahradit ocel v nosn\u00fdch d\u00edlech?<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed se ptaj\u00ed: m\u016f\u017ee extrudovan\u00fd hlin\u00edk nahradit ocelov\u00e9 nosn\u00edky nebo d\u00edly p\u0159i velk\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed? Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed: n\u011bkdy ano, ale za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednek. Hlin\u00edk m\u016f\u017ee fungovat, pokud konstrukce, tlou\u0161\u0165ka a slitina vyhovuj\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdlisky mohou nahradit ocel, pokud konstrukce optimalizuje geometrii a pou\u017eije vhodnou slitinu.
