Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek popisuje, jakou p\u0159esnost m\u016f\u017eete po extruzi o\u010dek\u00e1vat, jak pom\u00e1h\u00e1 obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed a jak zkontrolovat va\u0161e d\u00edly.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Jak\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b p\u0159esnosti lze dos\u00e1hnout po extruzi?<\/h2>\n<p>Surov\u00e9 vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasto p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed. Rozm\u011bry se mohou od ide\u00e1lu zna\u010dn\u011b li\u0161it. Tyto faktory znamenaj\u00ed, \u017ee jmenovit\u00e9 rozm\u011bry na pap\u00ed\u0159e se mohou li\u0161it. D\u00e9lka pod\u00e9l extruze m\u016f\u017ee z\u016fstat p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00e1, ale detaily jako \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka dr\u00e1\u017eky, tlou\u0161\u0165ka st\u011bny nebo vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed dr\u00e1\u017eky se mohou zm\u011bnit. To m\u00e1 negativn\u00ed vliv na rychlost mont\u00e1\u017ee a kvalitu kone\u010dn\u00e9ho produktu. Dodate\u010dn\u00e9 obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161\u00ed mnoho z t\u011bchto probl\u00e9m\u016f. Extrudovan\u00fd hlin\u00edk m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt drsn\u00fd povrch nebo m\u00edrn\u00e9 hrbolky. Obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed povrchy brous\u00ed a le\u0161t\u00ed. To je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, kdy\u017e se d\u00edly mus\u00ed posouvat, t\u011bsn\u011b zapadat nebo b\u00fdt pota\u017eeny povrchovou \u00fapravou. Obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 d\u00edly tak\u00e9 \u010dasto vypadaj\u00ed \u010dist\u011bji.  <\/p>\n<p>Pou\u017eit\u00ed dodate\u010dn\u00e9ho obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed neslou\u017e\u00ed pouze k oprav\u011b rozm\u011br\u016f. Zaji\u0161\u0165uje spolehlivost, sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed odpadu a \u0161et\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1mahu v budoucnu. Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee u d\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vysokou kvalitu, nen\u00ed obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed volitelnou mo\u017enost\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Jsou \u00fazk\u00e9 tolerance provediteln\u00e9 bez CNC dokon\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>Je l\u00e1kav\u00e9 vynechat obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, aby se u\u0161et\u0159il \u010das a n\u00e1klady. Ale n\u011bkdy tato volba zp\u016fsobuje velk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Bez obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch toleranc\u00ed. Odchylky zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00edm formy a chlazen\u00edm zhor\u0161uj\u00ed opakovatelnost.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 tolerance pro kritick\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti jsou bez CNC nebo spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho dokon\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u0159\u00eddka provediteln\u00e9.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sinoextrud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Aluminum-Extrusion-Channel-Profiles.webp\" alt=\"Hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 vytla\u010dovac\u00ed profily\"><figcaption>Hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 vytla\u010dovac\u00ed profily<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p>Pokud projekt vy\u017eaduje otvory s p\u0159esnost\u00ed \u00b10,1 mm nebo \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku dr\u00e1\u017eky, kter\u00e1 p\u0159esn\u011b odpov\u00edd\u00e1 desce, pouh\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed extruze pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nebude sta\u010dit. Vrozen\u00e1 variabilita surov\u00e9 extruze zp\u016fsobuje, \u017ee v\u00fdstup nen\u00ed konzistentn\u00ed. I mal\u00e9 zm\u011bny teploty nebo rychlosti ta\u017een\u00ed mohou v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovlivnit kone\u010dn\u00e9 rozm\u011bry. Bez procesu, kter\u00fd tyto zm\u011bny koriguje, riskujete nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 uchycen\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f, velk\u00e9 mezery nebo nap\u011bt\u00ed v sestav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Lze se pokusit o p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kontrolu procesu vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed. To v\u0161ak zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1klady, zpomaluje v\u00fdrobu a st\u00e1le neposkytuje \u017e\u00e1dnou z\u00e1ruku. Opot\u0159eben\u00ed formy samo o sob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit odchylky. I kdy\u017e je prvn\u00ed \u0161ar\u017ee v po\u0159\u00e1dku, dal\u0161\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odli\u0161n\u00e1.  <\/p>\n<p>Nav\u00edc n\u011bkter\u00e9 tvary prost\u011b nemohou udr\u017eet toleranci pouze extruz\u00ed. Tenk\u00e9 st\u011bny, \u00fazk\u00e9 dr\u00e1\u017eky a p\u0159esn\u00e9 otvory vy\u017eaduj\u00ed odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo tvarov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu. Extruze nem\u016f\u017ee vrtat ani \u0159ezat, pouze protla\u010duje materi\u00e1l skrz tvar. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vnit\u0159n\u00ed otvory nebo slo\u017eit\u00e9 kontury nejsou p\u0159esn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Proto je vynech\u00e1n\u00ed obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed obvykle bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pouze u hrub\u00fdch, nep\u0159esn\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f. U v\u0161ech d\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017e, vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo dal\u0161\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, je v z\u00e1sad\u011b nutn\u00e9 CNC nebo podobn\u00e9 dokon\u010dovac\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>Ve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech, pokud je d\u00edl velk\u00fd a po\u017eadavky na toleranci jsou voln\u00e9 (nap\u0159\u00edklad jednoduch\u00e1 hlin\u00edkov\u00e1 li\u0161ta), m\u016f\u017ee sta\u010dit pouze extruze. To v\u0161ak nen\u00ed standardem pro kvalitn\u00ed v\u00fdrobu nebo d\u00edly pro stroje.  <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Jak\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159esnosti obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdroba d\u00edl\u016f je jen polovina pr\u00e1ce. Aby bylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee spl\u0148uj\u00ed tolerance, je nutn\u00e9 je spr\u00e1vn\u011b zm\u011b\u0159it. Bez p\u0159esn\u00e9 kontroly se mohou vyskytnout chyby.
