P\u0159i prototypov\u00e1n\u00ed vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm jsou n\u00e1klady a \u010das na v\u00fdrobu n\u00e1stroj\u016f ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi metodami (nap\u0159\u00edklad vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm kov\u016f nebo velk\u00fdmi odlitky) a doba p\u0159\u00edpravy prototypu se zkr\u00e1t\u00ed. Jak uv\u00e1d\u00ed jedna z b\u00edl\u00fdch knih: \u201cPrototypy vyroben\u00e9 z hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch v\u00fdlisk\u016f si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159irozenou pevnost a odolnost materi\u00e1lu ... a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed tak p\u0159esn\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed v cel\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u016f.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>V praxi to znamen\u00e1:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jednou navrhnete profil, vyrob\u00edte matrici a otestujete mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed.  <\/li>\n<li>Z\u00edsk\u00e1te d\u00edly, kter\u00e9 jsou velmi podobn\u00e9 s\u00e9riov\u00fdm - stejn\u00e1 slitina (\u010dasto 6061 nebo 6063), stejn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy, stejn\u00fd tvar pr\u016f\u0159ezu.  <\/li>\n<li>M\u016f\u017eete je sestavit, vyzkou\u0161et jejich ulo\u017een\u00ed a funk\u010dnost, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby upravit profil nebo n\u00e1strojovou formu a prov\u00e1d\u011bt opakovan\u00e9 \u00fapravy.  <\/li>\n<li>Proto\u017ee proces vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed je efektivn\u00ed z hlediska vyu\u017eit\u00ed materi\u00e1lu a tvorby tvaru, vyhnete se velk\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed odpadu p\u0159i obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, co\u017e tak\u00e9 urychluje pr\u00e1ci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jedna v\u00fdhrada: n\u00e1vrh matrice si vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das a n\u00e1klady.
