Jednalo se o hlin\u00edkov\u00fd profil s T-dr\u00e1\u017ekou a j\u00e1 jsem pou\u017eil standardn\u00ed pilku na \u017eelezo. V\u00fdsledek byl chaotick\u00fd. Pak jsem p\u0159e\u0161el na jemnozub\u00fd n\u016f\u017e ur\u010den\u00fd pro ne\u017eelezn\u00e9 kovy, pou\u017eil pokosovou sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ku a kus pevn\u011b upnul. Lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledek byl z\u0159ejm\u00fd: m\u00e9n\u011b kmit\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010dist\u0161\u00ed povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava a m\u00e9n\u011b t\u0159\u00edsek.<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00fdb\u011br ost\u0159\u00ed a n\u00e1stroj\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Na v\u00fdb\u011bru spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho no\u017ee z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. \u010cepel s jemn\u00fdmi zuby (nap\u0159. 24-32 TPI) ur\u010den\u00e1 pro hlin\u00edk pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159et hladk\u00e9 \u0159ezy a sni\u017euje chv\u011bn\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00e9ho kovu. Pokosov\u00e1 sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148 nebo p\u0159\u00edpravek mus\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011b dr\u017eet profil pod spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm \u00fahlem.  <\/p>\n<h3>Nastaven\u00ed a up\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Kus mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pevn\u011b upnut\u00fd. Polo\u017eil jsem v\u00fdlisek na rovn\u00fd st\u016fl, zarovnal linii \u0159ezu a upnul v bl\u00edzkosti zna\u010dky, aby se profil nemohl pohnout. Stabiln\u00ed obrobek zabra\u0148uje vibrac\u00edm a nesouososti. Bez spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 opory se pila k\u00fdve a povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava trp\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Technika a dokon\u010dovac\u00ed pr\u00e1ce<\/h3>\n<p>\u0158ez za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m opatrn\u011b - jen tolik, aby se n\u016f\u017e rozjel - a pak udr\u017euji pln\u00e9 tahy a rovnom\u011brn\u00fd posuv. Vyh\u00fdb\u00e1m se kroucen\u00ed pily nebo siln\u00e9mu tla\u010den\u00ed.
