Pot\u00e9 jsem bral kontroln\u00ed normy mnohem v\u00e1\u017en\u011bji. To v\u0161echno zm\u011bnilo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kvalitn\u00ed kontrola kvality chladi\u010d\u016f mus\u00ed zahrnovat rozm\u011bry, materi\u00e1ly, povrchovou \u00fapravu a v\u00fdkon, aby chladi\u010de spr\u00e1vn\u011b fungovaly a dlouho vydr\u017eely v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se sezn\u00e1m\u00edm s t\u00edm, jak\u00e9 kontroly zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed kvalitu chladi\u010de, jak v\u00fdrobci OEM kontroluj\u00ed p\u0159esnost konstrukce, jak\u00e9 normy plat\u00ed a zda je tepeln\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed povinn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak\u00e9 kontroly zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed kvalitu chladi\u010de?<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159edstavte si, \u017ee dod\u00e1te tis\u00edce chladi\u010d\u016f a pak se dozv\u00edte, \u017ee d\u00edly nesed\u00ed nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle koroduj\u00ed. Proto p\u0159ezkoum\u00e1v\u00e1m materi\u00e1lov\u00fd certifik\u00e1t a n\u011bkdy zkou\u0161\u00edme tvrdost nebo kontrolujeme chemick\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Krok 2: Prvn\u00ed kontrola v\u00fdrobku (FAI)<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159ed hromadnou v\u00fdrobou provedeme kompletn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vzorku. M\u011b\u0159\u00edme d\u00e9lku, v\u00fd\u0161ku \u017eeber, rozte\u010d, rovinnost z\u00e1kladny, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed otvor\u016f a kvalitu povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy. Tento krok n\u00e1m poskytuje referen\u010dn\u00ed bod pro zbytek v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n<h3>Krok 3: Kontroly v pr\u016fb\u011bhu procesu<\/h3>\n<p>B\u011bhem vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed nebo obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f m\u011b\u0159\u00edme v ur\u010dit\u00fdch intervalech ur\u010dit\u00e9 vlastnosti - nap\u0159\u00edklad rozm\u011bry \u017eeber, zarovn\u00e1n\u00ed otvor\u016f a rovinnost z\u00e1kladny. Na povrchu kontrolujeme, zda nejsou \u0161kr\u00e1bance, probl\u00e9my s barvou eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo jak\u00e9koli zn\u00e1mky ot\u0159ep\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3>Krok 4: Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 kontrola<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159ed zabalen\u00edm kontrolujeme vybran\u00e9 vzorky nebo i 100% objedn\u00e1vky v z\u00e1vislosti na po\u017eadavc\u00edch z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Znovu zkontrolujeme rozm\u011bry, ujist\u00edme se, \u017ee povlaky spl\u0148uj\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1vanou tlou\u0161\u0165ku, a zkontrolujeme mechanick\u00e9 detaily, jako jsou z\u00e1vitov\u00e9 otvory nebo dr\u00e1\u017eky.<\/p>\n<h3>Krok 5: Testovac\u00ed dokumentace<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159ipravujeme kontroln\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy s v\u00fdsledky. Ty obsahuj\u00ed \u00fadaje o m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, \u010d\u00edsla \u0161ar\u017e\u00ed, pou\u017eit\u00e9 kontroln\u00ed n\u00e1stroje a n\u011bkdy i fotografie. Na to reagujeme takto:<\/p>\n<h3>Rovinatost z\u00e1kladny<\/h3>\n<p>To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed mysl\u00ed. Pokud nen\u00ed z\u00e1kladna dostate\u010dn\u011b ploch\u00e1, je tepeln\u00fd kontakt s komponentou \u0161patn\u00fd a chlazen\u00ed se zhor\u0161uje. Rovinnost kontrolujeme pomoc\u00ed \u017eulov\u00e9 povrchov\u00e9 desky a m\u011brek. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch specifikac\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me laserov\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje.<\/p>\n<h3>Geometrie ploutv\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Ploutve mus\u00ed b\u00fdt rovn\u00e9, rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 a konzistentn\u00ed. Pokud se oh\u00fdbaj\u00ed nebo posouvaj\u00ed, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k naru\u0161en\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu. V\u00fd\u0161ku, rozte\u010d a tlou\u0161\u0165ku \u017eeber kontrolujeme na n\u011bkolika m\u00edstech.
