Ned\u00e1vno jsem se s t\u00edm setkal p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed dodavatele povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy extrudovan\u00fdch hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava \u2013 zejm\u00e9na eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it odolnost proti korozi, emisivitu povrchu a trvanlivost hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch chladi\u010d\u016f, z\u00e1rove\u0148 jim dod\u00e1 atraktivn\u00ed vzhled a bude ladit s va\u0161\u00ed zna\u010dkou.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti tohoto p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku v\u00e1s provedu krok za krokem kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi ot\u00e1zkami: jak\u00e9 typy eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou vhodn\u00e9 pro chladi\u010de, jak povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava ovliv\u0148uje tepeln\u00fd v\u00fdkon, jak\u00e9 barevn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti m\u00e1te k dispozici a zda jsou tvrd\u00e9 povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy skute\u010dn\u011b nezbytn\u00e9. Poj\u010fme se do toho pustit.<\/p>\n<h2>Kter\u00e9 typy eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro chladi\u010de?<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159edstavte si n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed situaci: vyberete standardn\u00ed povrchovou \u00fapravu, abyste u\u0161et\u0159ili n\u00e1klady, a pozd\u011bji v\u00e1m v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed sel\u017ee chladi\u010d. Podle zdroj\u016f pat\u0159\u00ed mezi b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 typy eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed podle americk\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 specifikace MIL-A-8625:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Typ I (kyselina chromov\u00e1) \u2014 tenk\u00e1 vrstva, v\u011bt\u0161inou dekorativn\u00ed nebo pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v leteck\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu podle vojensk\u00fdch specifikac\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Typ II (standardn\u00ed kyselina s\u00edrov\u00e1) \u2014 st\u0159edn\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ka, vhodn\u00fd pro obecn\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Typ III (zn\u00e1m\u00fd tak\u00e9 jako tvrd\u00fd povlak) \u2014 siln\u00e1, hust\u00e1 vrstva s vysokou odolnost\u00ed pro n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U chladi\u010d\u016f vyroben\u00fdch z hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch v\u00fdlisk\u016f (co\u017e je n\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edpad v Sinoextrud) se volba \u010dasto omezuje na typ II versus typ III. Rozd\u00edl v cen\u011b a dob\u011b zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed je p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fd.  <\/li>\n<li>Pokud bude chladi\u010d um\u00edst\u011bn venku (nap\u0159. jako sou\u010d\u00e1st sol\u00e1rn\u00edho hlin\u00edkov\u00e9ho r\u00e1mu nebo venkovn\u00edho osv\u011btlen\u00ed) nebo bude vystaven ot\u011bru, doporu\u010duji typ III.  <\/li>\n<li>Pozn\u00e1mka: N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed zvy\u0161uje tepeln\u00fd odpor. Ale i kdy\u017e je oxidov\u00e1 vrstva m\u00e9n\u011b vodiv\u00e1 ne\u017e hlin\u00edk, zlep\u0161en\u00ed emisivity a ochrany \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed to v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee vyv\u00e1\u017eit.  <\/li>\n<li>Je\u0161t\u011b jedna pozn\u00e1mka: Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na z\u00e1kladn\u00edm slo\u017een\u00ed slitiny. Nap\u0159\u00edklad hlin\u00edk 6063 nebo 6061 je b\u011b\u017en\u00fd a ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed chovat trochu jinak. Velk\u00e1 pozornost se v\u011bnuje \u201cdesignu \u017eeber\u201d, ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava.<\/p>\n<h3>Vliv povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy na p\u0159enos tepla<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>U hol\u00e9ho hlin\u00edkov\u00e9ho povrchu je emisivita n\u00edzk\u00e1: kolem 0,04\u20130,06.<\/li>\n<li>Po eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed se emisivita v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed \u2013 na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 0,83\u20130,86.<\/li>\n<li>V praxi to znamen\u00e1: U chladi\u010d\u016f pracuj\u00edc\u00edch s p\u0159irozenou konvekc\u00ed nebo u kter\u00fdch je z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou slo\u017ekou p\u0159enosu tepla m\u016f\u017ee povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava sn\u00ed\u017eit tepeln\u00fd odpor. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v n\u011bkter\u00fdch situac\u00edch se u \u010dern\u011b eloxovan\u00fdch povrch\u016f uv\u00e1d\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed o 20\u201335%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ale: existuje kompromis<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oxidov\u00e1 vrstva vytvo\u0159en\u00e1 anodizac\u00ed je nekovov\u00e1 a m\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed tepelnou vodivost ne\u017e hlin\u00edk. M\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k m\u00edrn\u00e9 ztr\u00e1t\u011b vodivosti. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b konstrukc\u00ed v\u0161ak st\u00e1le p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 vodivost \u017eeber, tak\u017ee zisk z radiace p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ztr\u00e1tu z vodivosti.<\/li>\n<li>Pokud pou\u017eijete siln\u00e9 nekovov\u00e9 povlaky (nap\u0159\u00edklad pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 lakov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo n\u00e1t\u011br), mohou p\u016fsobit jako tepeln\u00e9 izol\u00e1tory a sn\u00ed\u017eit v\u00fdkon. Jeden zdroj varuje p\u0159ed lakov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fdm lakov\u00e1n\u00edm chladi\u010d\u016f, pokud je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd tepeln\u00fd v\u00fdkon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Moje pokyny<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>U vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch LED modul\u016f, nap\u00e1jec\u00edch zdroj\u016f nebo sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, u nich\u017e jsou \u017eebra odkryta a z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli, zvolte eloxovan\u00fd povrch (zejm\u00e9na \u010dern\u00fd nebo tmav\u00fd), aby se maximalizovala emisivita.  <\/li>\n<li>Pokud pl\u00e1nujete nat\u0159\u00edt nebo pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u011b lakovat pro zna\u010den\u00ed nebo venkovn\u00ed barvu, zkontrolujte tepeln\u00fd rozpo\u010det.
