Sinoextrud specializes in high-performance thermal management solutions, offering aluminum extrusions, heatsinks, liquid cooling plates, vapor chambers, and heat exchangers, along with complete system integration services. Our products are widely used in aerospace, marine, rail transit, renewable energy, automotive, and electronics industries.
With deep expertise in phase-change heat transfer, liquid cooling, and thermal energy storage, we transform complex designs into stable, high-efficiency products that meet the demanding requirements of harsh operating environments.
We operate 43 extrusion lines with an annual capacity of over 200,000 tons, equipped with comprehensive surface treatment capabilities (anodizing, powder coating, wood grain, sandblasting) and advanced welding technologies (laser welding, vacuum brazing, diffusion bonding, friction stir welding) to achieve high-precision, high-strength manufacturing.

Lab Testing
Tests conducted in the laboratory such as initial tack, 180° peeling force, release force and other application tests to check the product performance applied on different surfaces. We do lab tests before, during and after production to prevent defective materials, monitor and check product quality, which ensure we can always deliver consistently good quality tamper-evident products.
Packaging & Delivery
We use standard cartons that do not require any customization so that you can apply your logos directly. While custom orders take 5-15 days to arrive, we ship in-stock items as soon as possible to help you meet deadlines.
