Anodizing | Our even anodizing process is used for protecting the surface, and Matt Anodized Silver is the best seller which you can hardly find mechanical lines on the surface (better than other factories) with beautiful fine sand blasting processing. The surface with an anodizing thickness between 10 and 13 μm can hardly be scratched, small scratch marks can be easily removed. |
Electrophoresis | Electrophoresis surface is more shining and smooth than anodizing, no particles on the surface. |
Powder coating | Various colors or customized are available. No particles can stay in the air during the process, which makes our profile surface very smooth. Actually this is a technical problem which can hardly be solved by other factories. This is also our product advantage as comparing with other profiles with the same color in the market. |

FAQ
1.What are aluminium extrusion connectors?
Aluminium extrusion connectors are components used to join aluminum profiles in structural and framing systems, allowing easy modular assembly.
2.Which systems are these connectors compatible with?
They are compatible with T-slot, V-slot, and other standard aluminium profile systems used in machinery, furniture, and automation projects.
3.What materials are aluminium extrusion connectors made of?
Most are made from aluminum or zinc alloys, offering strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight performance.
4.What types of connectors are available?
Common types include angle brackets, corner connectors, end fasteners, joining plates, T-nuts, and quick-lock fittings.
5.Can aluminium connectors be reused in different assemblies?
Yes, they are designed for modular systems and can be reused when profiles are reconfigured or repurposed.
6.Are tools required to install these connectors?
Some connectors require simple tools like hex keys or screwdrivers, while others offer tool-free quick-connect mechanisms.
7.Where are aluminium extrusion connectors used?
They are widely used in CNC machine frames, 3D printers, robotic systems, workbenches, enclosures, and exhibition stands.
8.Can I order custom connector designs for special projects?
Yes, OEM manufacturers offer customized aluminium connectors tailored to specific profiles, angles, and load-bearing requirements.
